I just ordered, but cannot find my members login details
Your login details have also been instantly sent to you in your members welcome email. 

Please check that the email is not stuck in spam or in your junk mail folder. When you do locate it, add the email address to your whitelist!

What is your returns procedure?
For digital purchases, we have a sixty day money-back guarantee. For physical products, we accept returns up to 60 days of your purchase date. All returns must be posted to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Digital purchases are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also sent via email to you. You may wish to double check your junk inbox to ensure your login details have not been emailed there. 

Physical product purchases will be dispatched in 3-5 working days.

Your order will be sent with USPS and may take up to 21 days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your order has been left the warehouse which will contain your tracking information.

How much is shipping and handling?
For all USA orders the shipping and handling prices are $8.25, for all Canadian order $14 and international purchases $25.
